Hypnotherapy & EMDR Services

At Soul Shift Hypnotherapy, sessions are tailored to your individual needs using Clinical Hypnosis, Strategic Psychotherapy, and EMDR. 9D Breathwork may also be incorporated where appropriate.

For the best results, multiple sessions are usually recommended. Structured programs are designed to support meaningful change and longer-term outcomes.

Individual Sessions

Initial Consultation (60–90 mins): $220
Follow-up Sessions (60 mins): $190 (booked directly with Rachel after initial session)

4-Week Transformation Program
$680 (Valued at $790)

Ideal for those ready to commit to structured change.

Includes:
• 1 x Initial Strategic Hypnotherapy and/or EMDR session (60–90 mins)
• 3 x Strategic Hypnotherapy and/or EMDR sessions (60 mins)
• 4 x personalised hypnosis recordings
• Optional: up to 2 private 9D Breathwork journeys at no extra cost, or a focus solely on hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy if preferred

6-Week Hybrid Transformation Program
$920 (Valued at $1,170)

For those seeking a deeper, more immersive approach.

Includes:
• 1 x Initial Strategic Hypnotherapy and/or EMDR session (60–90 mins)
• 1 x Strategic Hypnotherapy and/or EMDR session (60 mins)
• 4 x private 9D Breathwork journeys
• 6 x personalised hypnosis recordings to support integration between sessions
• A structured 6-week pathway combining Strategic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and 9D Breathwork

Some health funds may provide coverage for clinical hypnosis under extras policies. Please check directly with your provider to confirm eligibility.

Programs are non-refundable. All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Standard cancellation policy applies, including no refund or rescheduling for changes made within 24 hours.

9D Breathwork Journeys

At Soul Shift Breath, 9D Breathwork is offered in small group sessions, private one-on-one sessions, or private groups (price on application).

You can attend a single session or commit to a package for a more consistent experience.

Pricing:
• One-off group session: $75
• 6-journey package: $375 (pay for 5, get 1 free)
• 12-journey package: $675 (pay for 9, get 3 free)
• Private one-on-one session: $190

Group sessions can be booked online. For one-on-one sessions, contact Rachel directly to arrange a time.

Private group sessions are also available and can be tailored for friends, family, teams, or special events.

If you choose a 6- or 12-journey package, your first session is booked at checkout. Remaining sessions can be scheduled at your convenience within 12 months.
