I’m Rachel Perry, a clinical hypnotherapist, strategic psychotherapist, and EMDR practitioner. I integrate clinical hypnosis, strategic psychotherapy, EMDR, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help you understand and change the patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
Sessions are available in Ballarat or online, giving you flexibility in how you access support.
I also offer 9D Breathwork, a guided somatic experience using breath, sound, and frequency to support emotional regulation and deeper internal shifts.
For those ready to go further, I offer structured Transformation Programs designed to create focused, meaningful change over time, with personalised support and tools between sessions.
I work with clients across anxiety, habits, emotional resilience, and life transitions, as well as supporting sports performance and post-divorce recovery.
